Lovely self catering accommodation in Kyle of Lochalsh in the Highlands
The price of booking the Old Waverley self catering accommodation suitable for up to 4 people is:
High season . . . . £625per week
Low season . . . . £575 per week
Low season minimum 3 nights . . . . £275
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer (BACS) or by credit card over the telephone.
The price includes all electricity and fuel for heating and cooking. All linen and towels are also provided. Please note that this is a no smoking establishment.
Letting commences at 4.30 pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10.00 am on the day of departure. Letting of the self catering house is on a weekly basis (Friday to Friday). However short-term lets of 3 or 4 days may be possible subject to availability in the low season. Please also see our terms and conditions below.

1. Formation of contract.
A binding contract between you and the owner of the Waverley, Mrs Ank Carins, will take effect when we issue you with a holiday confirmation letter or email.
2. Period of hire.
Letting commences at 4.30 pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10.00 am on departure. Lets are on a weekly basis (Friday to Friday) and the maximum period of let is 3 weeks. Short breaks consist of a minimum of 3 night's duration during the low season. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to stay in the cottage during the period of hire.
3. Booking and payment.
A deposit of £100 is payable when the booking is made. We will write to confirm your booking and reservation as soon as a deposit is received from you. The balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the let. If you book your holiday less than six weeks before it is due to commence, please pay the full amount when sending the booking form. The price for the Waverley is inclusive of all fees, electricity and all bed linen and towels. The number of persons occupying the properties should not exceed 6. Subletting is strictly prohibited. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs Ank Carins and posted to the address on the booking form.It is also possible to pay by telephone with a credit card.
Should a cancellation be made by the client, we will seek to re-let the property for the period of hire. If we are successful in doing so we will refund all monies paid less a handling and re-advertising charge of £25 per week booked. In the event that we are unable to re-let the Old Waverley for the hire period all monies paid by you (deposit or otherwise) will be forfeited to us.
5. Breakage or damage.
We respectfully ask that any items damaged should be replaced or remunerated. Please advise us of any breakage or damage that should occur during your stay.
6. Care of property.
The accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and effects are to be kept in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at commencement of your holiday.
The owners shall have no liability for any death, personal injury, damage or loss of property, unless this results from the owners negligence.
8. Right of entry.
The owners reserve the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs or maintenance.
9. Other conditions.
Smoking is not permitted at any time in the Old Waverley.
